Confirmation
Once we have received an order from you, we'll email you a confirmation to the address provided. It is therefore important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing an order. Save this confirmation for future reference.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. Estimated delivery times within Europe range from 3-5 business days, and 5-10 business days outside Europe. VAT is not included outside the EU. Once shipped, we'll provide a tracking number.
Customs and Import Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.
Uncollected Shipments
If you fail to collect your parcel within the specified time, we'll charge for return shipping, administrative fees, and new shipping costs.
Exchanges and Returns
We offer a full refund within 7 days if the product is unused and in like-new condition. Used items may incur a deduction. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return. You're responsible for return shipping and customs charges (for non-EU customers). Please use registered shipping for tracking and provide evidence of shipment.
