Are there any additional fees when returning an item?
Yes:
- A restocking fee of 10% of the item price (minimum 10€) applies.
- For customers outside the EU, additional customs or declaration fees may apply. These are not refundable.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

Can I return an item?
Yes! We accept returns of unworn and non-personalized items within 14 days after delivery.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. We recommend using a registered trackable service.

How do I start a return?

How soon will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition.

What are the customs/import fees for non-EU returns?
Customers outside the EU may be charged:
- Declaration fee (approx. 8.69 – 14.5€)
- Import VAT (up to 21% of the item value)
- Duty charges (up to 2.5% if item value > 150€)

What if the item is damaged or incorrect?
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@amberstockholm.se with a photo. We'll take care of it quickly.

What is your return policy?
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn and not personalized.

Items that are:
- Worn or used
- Personalized/custom-made
- Returned after the allowed return window

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact Amber Room's customer service immediately. They will provide instructions on how to return the item and receive a replacement or refund.
